WHO QUALIFIES?

Who qualifies for Children’s Medical Assistance? 

To be considered for medical: 

• Be under the age of 21 
• Be a United States Citizen and currently residing in Coffey, Lyon, or Osage County 
• Have resided in Coffey, Lyon, or Osage County continuously for no less than one year immediately prior to applying for assistance
